At The Soap Factory, we want you to love your artisanal bath products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns on unused items. Due to the personal nature of our products, all returned items must be in their original packaging and unopened.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive an RMA number.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your unused soaps or bath products in their original boxes to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
