Are your soaps suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes, our soaps are formulated with natural oils and botanical extracts. We recommend our 'Pure & Gentle' unscented bar for those with extreme skin sensitivities.
Do you use synthetic fragrances or dyes?
Never. We use only pure essential oils for fragrance and natural clays or plant-based powders for color to ensure a clean, non-toxic bathing experience.
How long does a typical bar of soap last?
With proper care—such as using a draining soap dish and keeping the bar dry between uses—a single bar typically lasts between 3 to 4 weeks for one person.
What is your shipping policy?
We process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental US typically takes 3-5 business days. Free shipping is available on orders over $50.
Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?
Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on used soap. However, if your order arrives damaged or you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days for a resolution.
